Abstract
Description
この発明はスピーカユニット構成部材の製造方法に関し
、さらに詳しくは、スピーカユニットの振動板とダンパ
との構成部材の製造方法に関する。The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a component of a speaker unit, and more particularly, to a method of manufacturing a component of a diaphragm and a damper of a speaker unit.
代表的な音響機器であるスピーカユニットは振動板、ボ
イスコイルボビン、ダンパ、さらにはエツジ、これを支
持するスピーカフレーム、1ライバユニツトなどで構成
されている。
これらの構成部材は何れも独立したものであって、最終
的には各構成部材を互に組合せて一体化される。最も一
般的には各構成部材が接着剤により一体化されるために
接着工程や、接着剤をキユアリングさせる工程を必要と
している。
また、最近では振動板と、エツジとの二部材を一体成形
する方法が本出願人により提案されている(例えば、特

上述のようなスピーカユニットの製造方法では、接着工
程が不可欠であるので作業コストが割高となり、また、
材料費としてのコストがかかり、さらに性能的にも劣る
場合があった。
とくに、振動板、エツジ、フレームをポリプロピレン系
の合成樹脂を用いて成形した場合、接着力を増すために
プライマーが必要となり、プライマーの塗布工程も必要
となるなどの問題があり、また、ダンパ部材は振動板に
対して接着作業を施しにくい作業上の問題もあった。
そこで、この発明は、構成部材の成形時に振動板と、ダ
ンパとを一体に成形することで、接着工程を省略して作

上述のような目的を達成するために、この発明は、予め
成形されたダンパを収容できるキャビティをもつ成形型
に所望形状の振動板キャビティを形成し、前記キャビテ
ィに部材材料を射出して二部材を一体成形することを特

以下、この発明の実施例を添付した図面に沿って説明す
る。これらの図において符号lはダンパを示し、このダ
ンパ1はコーネック、綿、さらには、コーネックと綿と
を混合したもの(混紡)などの天然繊維及び、人工繊維
に熱硬化性樹脂(主としてフェノール)を含浸し、熱プ
レスして成形される。
このダンパ1に対してコーン型の振動板2をインサート
成形法、あるいは、多色成形法により成形する。振動板
2の材料にはポリプロン系複合材(マイカまたは、カー
ボンファイバを少なくとも5%以上含むもの) あるい
は、液晶ポリマー(商品名ニッパキュレイト、エコノー
ル)などを用いる。
なお、符号4はエツジを示している。
上述のようにして得られたダンパ1.振動板2゜スピー
カフレーム3により構成されるスピーカユニットの構成
部材lOを用いたスピーカユニットは、その断面図が第
2図に示しである。
この図において、符号20はトッププレート21゜マグ
ネット22.ヨーク23.センターボール24で構成さ
れる磁気回路を示し、磁気回路20のエアギャップ中に
ボビン31に巻かれたボイスコイル32が位置し、ボビ
ン31はダンパ33によりトッププレート21に支持さ
れており、スピーカフレーム3の周縁部3Aはトッププ
レート21にビス固定されている。
上述のような射出成形を行うには、第3図に部分拡大断
面図で示すような一対の金型、即ち固定型に1と、可動
型に2.に3とが用いられ、例えば、固定型に1にはダ
ンパ[を収容するダンパキャビティX1が形成され、可
動型に2には振動板2を射出するためのコーンキャビテ
ィX2が形成され、コーンキャビティX2にはゲートG
2が設けられている。
スピーカフレームなどの部分拡大断面図、第2図はスピ
ーカユニットにした状態での部分断面図、第3図は同成
形金型の部分拡大断面図である。

【発明の効果]
以上の説明から明らかなように、この発明のスピーカユ
ニット構成部材の製造方法によれば、予め成形されたダ
ンパに対して振動板が一体的に射出成形されて2つの部
材が一部材として製造されるから、製造上の作業工程の
簡略化、接着剤、ならびに、その前処理、後処理工程の
省略2組立上の取扱い部品の少数化などコスト低減、性
