Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting of a lining material on the inner surface of a tube branch irrespective of the size of the inner diameter of a main tube by deforming a cylindrical lining material having flexibility, inserting it from the outer opening of the branch tube, guiding it to the branch, and mounting it in an attitude for covering the inner surface of the branch by means of an operation from the outer opening of the branch tube. CONSTITUTION:A waterproof layer 4b having elasticity is formed by coating the inner surface of a cylindrical jacket 4a shaped at one end in a flared shape by knitting or hollow weaving yarns of polyester fiber with polymer material such as polyethylene, polyester, etc. or rubber, etc., and a cylindrical lining material 4 having flexibility and formed integrally with a lining hose part covering the inner surface of a branch tube 3a and an annular lining material covering the inner surface of a tube branch 3b is formed. The material 4 is folded longitudinally, inserted from the flange side opening 3d of the tube 3a, and extended in its attitude along the inner surface of the branch tube 3b in which cleaning is finished by means of an operation from the opening 3d. Thus, an operation from a main tube side is eliminated.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention mainly relates to the inner peripheral surface side of a branch pipe, which is constructed by connecting a relatively short branch pipe for distribution to a main pipe such as a water supply pipe or a gas pipe. The present invention relates to a method for repairing a pipe branch portion, in which a lining material is attached to the inner circumferential surface of the pipe branch portion extending from the main pipe to the inner circumferential surface side of the main pipe, and the lining material used to carry out the method.

The above-mentioned pipe branch section includes one in which the main pipe wall and the branch pipe wall are connected by a smooth curved wall, and one in which the main pipe wall and the branch pipe wall cross each other. However, in order to effectively prevent corrosion on the inner peripheral surface of the branch pipe, it is necessary to install an annular lining material that is integrally connected along the axis of the branch pipe from the inner peripheral surface of the branch pipe. It is necessary to install the lining material across the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe, and the maximum outer diameter of the lining material is larger than the inner diameter of the branch pipe, so the lining material must be inserted from the branch pipe side and installed at the pipe branch. was not possible.

According to the above-mentioned conventional technology, when installing the lining material by inserting it into the main pipe with a remote-controlled self-propelled pipe vehicle, there is a problem in that it takes time and effort to determine the installation position and installation posture of the lining material, and the main pipe If the inner diameter of the tube is sufficiently large and the worker carries it directly into the main pipe and installs it, it is easy to determine the installation position and posture, but there are safety problems such as the occurrence of an oxygen-deficient condition.

Furthermore, if the inner diameter of the main pipe is relatively small, it may be difficult to insert the lining material into the main pipe.In order to make the insertion of the lining material easier, reducing the size of the lining material makes it easier to insert the lining material into the main pipe. Coverage may be incomplete.

According to the second feature of the pipe branch repair method, the peripheral edge of the lining material is installed in a position where it is sandwiched between the inner circumferential surface of the pipe branch part and the main lining hose, so the lining material is difficult to peel off and is strong. Can be attached to.

According to the second and third characteristic configurations of the lining material,
When gluing the main lining hose to the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe with adhesive after the lining material has been attached to the pipe branch, it is possible to prevent the adhesive from seeping out to the inner peripheral surface of the branch pipe using a blocking plate. This facilitates the subsequent cutting of the main lining hose.

In other words, in order to bond the main lining hose with adhesive, it is necessary to press the main lining hose against the inner peripheral surface of the main pipe, and at this time, the adhesive oozes out and stays on the branch pipe side, and when it hardens, Drilling holes in the main lining hose to connect the branch pipe and the main pipe has the drawback of requiring a lot of work, but since a closing plate is provided, the amount of adhesive remaining can be reduced, and this will prevent the adhesive from curing. Since the thickness of the main lining hose is relatively thin, drilling of the main lining hose is easy.
