Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ ハウジングと、このハウジングと軸方向に対
向して回転軸に外装されたカラーとの間に、径方
向に互いに重なり合つた位置関係にある内径側、
外径側の２組のメカニカルシールを配置し、ハウ
ジング、カラーおよび両メカニカルシールで囲ま
れた空間を、ハウジングとカラーの間を軸方向に
延びるバツフルスリーブで内径室と外径室とに分
離し、ハウジングに内径室へ開口する中間液の注
入孔および外径室へ開口する中間液の抽出孔を設
けるとともに、カラーに内径室と外径室とを連通
し回転に伴なつて外径側へのポンプ力を生じるポ
ンピング手段を設けたことを特徴とするダブルメ
カニカルシール型軸封装置。 ２ ポンピング手段が、両メカニカルシール間に
位置してカラーに設けたポンピングリングに、径
方向または径方向に対して適当に傾斜した方向に
穿設した所要数のポンピング孔であることを特徴
とする請求項１に記載のダブルメカニカルシール
型軸封装置。 ３ 抽出孔の開口に近接した位置にあつて、この
開口から見て軸回転方向への中間液の流れにおけ
る下流側に、流体を前記開口へ導く邪魔板を設け
たことを特徴とする請求項１または２に記載のダ
ブルメカニカルシール型軸封装置。 ４ バツフルスリーブが、内径側メカニカルシー
ルの密封摺動面の近傍と対応した部分において適
宜小径に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項
１，２または３に記載のダブルメカニカルシール
型軸封装置。
