Claims (1)
- Ｐ形半導体とＮ形半導体を接合することにより
構成されるダイオードにおいて、上記ＰＮ接合半
導体に内部接続により、ＰＮ接合半導体を直列に
接続し、さらに、このＰＮ接合―ＰＮ接合直列接
続半導体にＰＮ接合半導体を内部接続により並列
に接続したことを特徴とするダイオード。
