Claims (1)
- Ｐ形半導体とＮ形半導体を接合することにより
構成されるダイオードにおいて、上記ＰＮ接合半
導体に内部接続により、ＰＮ接合半導体を直列に
接続し、さらにこのＰＮ接合―ＰＮ接合直列接続
半導体にＰＮ接合―ＰＮ接合直列接続半導体を内
部接続により並列に接続したことを特徴とするダ
イオード。
