Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 筒状のケース内に集光器のレーザロツドをその
光軸を前記ケースの軸方向と略平行に配設すると
共に、前記レーザロツド端部から発せられるレー
ザ光線を反射する反射体を前記レーザ光線の光軸
と略直交させて配設してなるレーザ発振装置にお
いて、 前記ケースに該ケースの軸方向と略直交する平
面からなる取付部を形成すると共に、前記集光器
又は前記反射体が装着されたマウントを、前記取
付部の平面に密着させて前記ケースの軸線と略平
行に延びる取付具により前記マウントの周縁部の
対向する複数箇所で両持状態で取り付けてあるこ
とを特徴とするレーザ発振装置。
