Claims (1)
- 両端に１対の光共振器用ミラーを有し、内部に
電極を有するレーザ細管を少くとも備えたレーザ
管において、前記１対の光共振器用ミラーのうち
レーザ出力光を発する出力ミラーを、レーザ光が
通過する小さな穴を有する筒状のプロテクシヨン
カバーで覆つたことを特徴とするガスレーザ管。
