Claims (1)
- パルス信号を印加することによりレーザ光を発
振するレーザ素子と、このレーザ素子に前記パル
ス信号を印加する印加手段と、前記レーザ素子を
冷却する冷却手段と、前記パルス信号に同期して
前記冷却手段の冷却能力を増減する冷却制御手段
とを有することを特徴とするレーザ装置。
