    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体レーザを含む光ピツクアツプを駆動する
    駆動装置と、この駆動装置の発熱による温度変化
    を検出する温度センサと、この温度センサにより
    検出された温度に応じて上記駆動装置へ供給する
    駆動電流を変化させる駆動電流制御回路とを具備
    してなる光デイスクドライブ装置。
