Description
第１図はこの考案の一実施例によるレーザダイ
オード駆動回路の回路図、第２図は従来のレーザ
ダイオード駆動回路図である。図中、１は入力端
子Ａ、２及び３はトランジスタ、４はレーザダイ
オード、５は電流源回路、６はトランジスタ、７
はバイアス電圧回路、８は抵抗、９はバイアス電
圧回路、１０は電源、１１は接地端、１２は入力
端子Ｂである。尚、図中、同一符号は同一、又は
相当部分を示す。
オード駆動回路の回路図、第２図は従来のレーザ
ダイオード駆動回路図である。図中、１は入力端
子Ａ、２及び３はトランジスタ、４はレーザダイ
オード、５は電流源回路、６はトランジスタ、７
はバイアス電圧回路、８は抵抗、９はバイアス電
圧回路、１０は電源、１１は接地端、１２は入力
端子Ｂである。尚、図中、同一符号は同一、又は
相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 光信号を送出するレーザダイオードを駆動する
為の差動対を構成する２つのトランジスタとこの
差動対の電流源回路を備えたレーザダイオード駆
動回路に於いて、レーザダイオード駆動用のトラ
ンジスタ差動対と電流源回路の双方に、互いに独
立なレーザダイオード変調用の信号を入力するよ
うにした事を特徴とするレーザダイオード駆動装
置。
