出させて形成すると共に、前述した裏打ちとし

補強板5を特別に用意しなければならないうえ、
貼付の手間もかかり、また、端子部をコネクタ等
に挿入する際に、ベース材2と補強板5との間に
剥離が生じ易い、等の問題があつた。更に、上記
従来構造によつてメサ型の端子構造を得ようとす
ると、ベース材2及び補強板5の双方に別々に孔
をあけなければならないので、製作工数が多くな
るという問題もあつた。

裏面に折返して重合わせることにより、端子部の
補強を図りながらメサ型の端子部を得るようにし
たことにある。

3を有する端子部が丘状に隆起するようにし、且
つ、各端子部パターン3間のベース材2には予め
スリツト8を形成しておく。このようなメサ型の
端子部は、第4図の如く折返した延設補強部2A
により端子部パターン3が適度に隆起可能となる
ので、このメサ型の端子部に対する接続実装性を
好適に改善できる。また更に、必要に応じて、ベ
ース材2ないし延設補強部2Aにわたつて、接合
層9により補強板10を接合することも出来る。

型の端子構造も端子部に対する上記のような一体
的な補強手段により簡易に得られる等、実用上の
効果は大なるものである。
