Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. １列に配列されて被処理物を処理するための処
    理液を貯留する複数の処理槽と、これら処理槽の
    側部にて隣接処理槽間に各々上下方向に沿つて配
    置された複数の昇降案内体と、昇降駆動装置によ
    り各別に駆動されて前記各昇降案内体に沿つて所
    定距離昇降する複数の昇降移動体と、これら各昇
    降移動体に前記処理槽の配列方向と直交する水平
    方向に沿つて軸芯回りに所定角度回動自在に支持
    された支軸と、これら各支軸に固定されて前記昇
    降移動体の昇降により前記被処理物に係合離脱可
    能な係合体と、前記各支軸から半径方向外向きに
    突出するアームと、水平駆動装置により駆動され
    て前記処理槽の配列方向と平行な水平方向に沿つ
    て所定距離往復移動しかつ前記昇降移動体が上昇
    限の位置にあるときに前記アームに係合する水平
    移動体とを設け、前記支軸を前記昇降移動体によ
    り昇降させかつ前記水平移動体により回動させる
    ことにより、前記係合体により前記処理槽内の被
    処理物を隣接処理槽内に移送する構成とした浸漬
    処理装置。
