- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 湿度センサと、この湿度センサの近傍に配設し
た結露防止用発熱体とを備えた湿度センサの結露
防止装置において、 前記結露防止用発熱体として半導体を使用し、
この半導体発熱体と前記湿度センサとを接触配置
するか、または、湿度センサと半導体発熱体とを
同一のパツケージ内に収納することを特徴とする
湿度センサの結露防止装置。
