BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In recent years, indoor oil hot air fans that vaporize and burn oil have become popular as general household heaters. The vaporization section of the combustor used a cylindrical vaporization tube with a bottom, heated the vaporization tube to a high temperature, and injected fuel into it for thermal vaporization.

The operation of the oil combustion apparatus configured as above will be explained below. First, the surface heater 2 at the bottom of the vaporization tube 1 is energized to heat the vaporization tube 1 at the top to a high temperature. When the vaporization cylinder 1 reaches a certain temperature, air and fuel are ejected into the vaporization cylinder 1 from the combustion air injection port 5 and the fuel injection port 6, respectively. The ejected fuel hits the bottom surface of the vaporizer cylinder 1 and is thermally vaporized, mixed with air, passes through the central opening 3a of the upper lid 3, and is ejected from the side opening 4a of the burner head 4. When the mixed gas ejected from the side opening 4a of the burner head 4 is ignited by a high voltage spark, the mixed gas is combusted at the opening 4a of the burner head 4.
When combustion begins, the burner head 4 itself becomes high in temperature due to the heat of combustion, and the vaporizing cylinder 1 located below it also becomes high in temperature due to heat conduction. When the bottom of the vaporizer cylinder 1 reaches a certain temperature, the surface heater 2 at the bottom is turned off. The vaporizing cylinder 1 continues to vaporize the fuel and continue combustion by conducting the combustion heat.

Further, in the conventional example shown in FIG. 3, the fuel injection port 6a and the combustion air injection port 5a protrude into the vaporization cylinder 1 and are directed downward, and the vaporization cylinder 1 has a sheathed heater 7 at the top.
Built-in. However, the operation is the same as in FIG. 2 except that the vaporizing cylinder is heated by a sheathed heater instead of a surface heater.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with the above configuration, there is a combustion section at the top of the vaporizer cylinder, and the temperature at the bottom must be raised by heat conduction from the top. When the temperature is raised to such a high temperature, the connection part with the vaporizer cylinder 1, which transfers the combustion heat of the burner head 4 to the vaporizer cylinder 1, reaches a considerably high temperature, causing problems such as thermal deformation and melting of the vaporizer cylinder.

In addition, the method of injecting fuel at the bottom of the vaporization cylinder and vaporizing it tends to cause the fuel to accumulate on the impact surface, causing the temperature in that area to drop locally and turning into tar, resulting in delayed vaporization and yellow flame combustion. It was defective and hot.

In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a comfortable oil combustion device that prevents thermal deformation of the carburetor cylinder and at the same time eliminates abnormal combustion due to tar adhesion.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the oil combustion device of the present invention has a built-in heater in the upper part of the vaporizing cylinder on which a flame-holding plate is placed, and a heater on the side of the vaporizing cylinder. A fuel injection nozzle is provided with an upward slope relative to the inner surface of the vaporizer cylinder so that the fuel collides with the fuel nearby.

Effects The present invention has the above-described configuration, and by jetting fuel from a nozzle and colliding with the side surface of the vaporization tube near the flame stabilizing plate heated by combustion heat, the fuel is transferred to hot air in the high temperature part of the vaporization tube. This eliminates the need to heat the bottom of the vaporization cylinder to a high temperature, allowing the temperature of the vaporization cylinder to be lower than before.

In addition, since the fuel collides with the side surface of the carburetor cylinder, after this collision, the fuel flows down the side surface and does not accumulate in one place, and there is no local temperature drop, so the fuel turns into tar. There are no problems such as doing so.

The vaporizer tube 8 is heated by energizing the heater 9 built into the vaporizer tube 8 . When the cylindrical side surface of the vaporizer cylinder 8 rises to a certain temperature, the blower device 17
The pump 20 is energized and operated, and combustion air and fuel are supplied from the throat 14 and the nozzle 18 to the vaporizer cylinder 1.
It is squirted inside. The fuel ejected from the nozzle 18 collides with the upper part of the opposing inner cylinder side surface of the vaporizing cylinder 8, which is heated to a high temperature, and is thermally vaporized. The vaporized fuel gas and the combustion air sent from the throat 14 are transferred to the vaporization cylinder 8.
The central opening 10a of the vaporizer lid 10
and ejects from the side opening 11a of the flame holding plate 11. When the ejected mixed gas is ignited by a high-voltage spark or the like, a flame is formed around the outer periphery of the flame-holding plate 11 and burns. When combustion begins, the flame heats the heat recovery ring 12 provided around the outer periphery, and the heat is transferred to the vaporization cylinder 8, thereby heating the vaporization cylinder 8. Vaporizer cylinder 8 due to combustion heat
When the fuel is heated and reaches a certain temperature, the heater 9 is de-energized, and the vaporization cylinder 8 is heated to a high temperature by the conduction heat of combustion, and the vaporization of the fuel is continued.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the heater 9 is provided in the upper part of the vaporizer cylinder 8, and the nozzle 18 is provided in an upward slope on the side surface of the vaporizer cylinder 8 to inject the fuel into the upper part of the side surface. Since the fuel can be vaporized by colliding with the high-temperature part that heats the vaporization tube by heat conduction from the recovery ring, there is no need to heat the entire vaporization tube to a high temperature, and thermal deformation and melting of the vaporization tube can be prevented. At the same time, the fuel that collides with the side of the carburetor cylinder flows down the side, so compared to vaporizing fuel at the bottom of the carburetor cylinder, the fuel does not accumulate locally and less tar is generated. It is possible to prevent abnormal combustion such as delayed vaporization and yellow flame due to tar adhesion. In addition, by making the throat for ejecting combustion air upward slope, the ejected combustion air collides with the opposite side surface and creates an upward air flow, so that the fuel ejected from the nozzle and colliding with the opposite side surface is transferred to the vaporization tube. It has the effect of pushing up the side surface, preventing the fuel from flowing down the side surface, and further preventing the fuel from turning into tar.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention provides a nozzle and a throat for sending fuel and combustion air so as to be inclined upward so that the fuel and combustion air collide with each other near the heater on the upper side of the carburetor. By ejecting air to the top, it is possible to prevent thermal deformation of the vaporizer cylinder and prevent abnormal combustion due to tar adhesion, thereby providing a highly safe combustion device. In addition, a heater is installed at the top of the vaporizer cylinder to prevent abnormal combustion due to tar adhesion. By injecting fuel at the top and vaporizing it, the vaporizing surface of the fuel will be near the heater, so it will reach the predetermined vaporizing temperature faster.
This also has the effect of making it possible to shorten the energization time of the heater and providing a combustion device in which combustion starts quickly.
