The concentration of these chemical components remains within a certain range as long as the organism is healthy, but when the equilibrium state of the organism is disrupted due to disease or the like, the concentration of these components changes. For example, there are rapid increases in various oxygen levels during acute hepatitis, and changes in serum colloid reactions during diffuse hepatitis. Therefore, accurately measuring the concentration of blood components collected from a living body is important for rationally diagnosing diseases, monitoring progress, and determining treatment strategies, and various blood analyzers have been developed. For example, it was disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 53-81292. The invention described in this publication includes a disk in which a plurality of through holes are arranged equally on the same circle, which is rotatable in the horizontal direction, and measuring elements loaded in the through holes are sequentially
A liquid sample such as blood or serum is dispensed, and the progress or result of the reaction of the sample is photometrically analyzed for changes in color density using a photometer equipped directly below one through hole.
Although it is convenient in that liquid samples can be treated as solids, the structure of the mechanism for feeding the measuring element to the disk and the mechanism for removing the element after photometry is complex, large, and expensive, making it difficult for general practitioners to handle. It was not something that could be easily installed.

In view of the above points, this idea was developed by installing a disk in which a plurality of through holes into which measuring elements can be inserted from the top surface are equally arranged on the same circle, and rotatable in the horizontal direction within the disk chamber. In a simple blood analyzer comprising a photometry section directly below the hole, a rotary table on which the central part of the disk is placed is provided in the disk chamber, and at the center of rotation of the rotary table and its eccentric position, A shaft head and a pin are provided that fit into the disk center hole and the positioning hole, so that the measuring element can be removed from the disk after photometry and loaded with the disk, and when the disk is returned to the disk chamber, It is an object of the present invention to provide a simple blood analyzer that is small, relatively inexpensive, and whose positioning can be performed easily and accurately.

Reference numeral 37 is a first lever that moves one swinging lever 32 downward.
The push button 38 is a second push button that moves the other swinging lever 33 downward. These first and second push buttons 37 and 38 are used to lower the shaft 9 via the swing levers 32 and 33 and bring the disk 19 into close contact with the bottom plate 4 of the disk chamber 3. be. The fact that this disk 19 is in close contact with the bottom plate 4 of the disk chamber 3 means that the through hole for photometry provided in the bottom plate 4 as shown in FIG.
This means that the back surface of the measuring element is brought into contact with the top of the cone-shaped cover 25e of the condensing lens 25c that protrudes into the disk chamber 3 from 6. In other words,
This is to keep the photometric distance constant. Note that the first push button 37 is for end point assay and the second push button 38 is for rate assay.
The second push button 38 is provided with a stop lever 39 that holds the second push button in a depressed state, and a rotating lever 40 that operates to release the stop lever 39 when the second push button 38 is pushed down further. In the figure, 41 is a measurement start switch, and 42 is a photometry switch that is closed when the first and second pushbuttons 37 and 38 are lowered.

As described above, this invention provides a disk in which a plurality of through holes into which measuring elements can be inserted from the top surface are arranged equally on the same circle, and is rotatable in the horizontal direction within the disk chamber. In a simple blood analyzer comprising a photometry section directly below, a rotary table on which the center of the disk is placed is provided in the disk chamber, and the center of the disk is located at the center of rotation of the rotary table and its eccentric position. Since it is characterized by having a shaft head and a pin that match the holes and positioning holes, each through-hole of the disk is equipped with a measuring element impregnated with a reagent that reacts and develops a color with the blood component to be analyzed. After dispensing a blood sample into this measuring element and performing photometry, the measuring elements can be removed and loaded one by one to the outside of the disk chamber, and when the disks are returned to the disk chamber again, This can be done easily and accurately by simply aligning the center hole of the disk with the shaft head of the rotary table and aligning the positioning hole with the pin. That is, the photometric section provided directly below one of the through holes of the disk can always be correctly aligned with the pipette insertion section provided on the opening/closing lid of the disk chamber, and various other excellent effects can be achieved.
