当図である。 図中、１は外槽、５は内槽、１２は導出孔（導
出部）、１７は送風ダクト（送風手段）、１８は
シーズヒータ（加熱手段）、２１は金属パイプで
ある。

Claims (1)
- 長尺状の金属パイプの表面をろう材料により被
覆するためのメツキ装置であつて、溶融状態のろ
う材料を貯留すると共に前記金属パイプが上記溶
融ろう材料中をその軸方向へ移動するように設け
られた内槽と、この内槽から流下する溶融ろう材
料を貯留するように設けられ前記金属パイプを外
部に導出するための導出部を有した外槽と、前記
導出部から外部に導出される前記金属パイプに対
しその移動方向とは反対方向に風を吹付けてろう
材料の被覆の膜厚を調整するように設けられた送
風手段と、前記外槽の内側面における前記導出部
の近傍部位にこの部位を加熱するように設けられ
た加熱手段とを備えたことを特徴とするメツキ装
置。
