Claims (1)
- 圧縮空気と負圧空気を開閉する電磁バルブと、
前記圧縮空気と前記負圧空気の圧力を制御する圧
力調整部と、前記電磁バルブを制御する制御回路
部から少なくとも構成される液体を定量吐出する
定量吐出装置に於いて、前記液体を任意の時間以
上、負圧空気によつて引いている場合に、前記圧
縮空気を任意の間隔で、任意の時間かけることが
可能である事を特徴とする定量吐出装置。
