添付図面は本考案の床暖房用畳の実施例を説明
するものであり、第１図は第１実施例の中間芯体
の一部を示す正面図、第２図は貫通孔を穿つた中
間芯体の一部を示す正面図、第３図は第２図に示
す中間芯体の一部を示す平面図、第４図は第３図
に示す中間芯体に厚紙を当てて縫合した畳芯体の
一部を示す正面図、第５図は第４図に示す畳芯体
に畳表と縁布を当てて縫合した状態の畳の一部を
示す正面図、第６図は第５図に示す畳の縁布を折
り返してかがり縫い糸にて縫合した床暖房用畳の
一部を示す正面図、第７図は第６図に示す床暖房
用畳の一部を示す裏面図、第８図は第６図に示す
床暖房用畳を加温床の上に敷いた状態の一部を示
す縦断面図、第９図は第２実施例の中間芯体の一
部を示す平面図、第１０図は第９図の―線で
断面した中間芯体の断面図である。 図中、１ａおよび１ｂは軟質繊維板、２はビニ

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 多数層の芯材からなる畳芯体の上に畳表を取
り付けた床暖房用畳において、合成樹脂シートと
軟質繊維板とが重ねられ、それらが互いに縫合さ
れて中間芯体とされ、該中間芯体には間隔をおい
て多数の貫通孔が形成され、中間芯体の軟質繊維
板の側に多数の凹凸のある厚紙が当てられ、それ
らが互いに縫合されて畳芯体が構成されてあり、
前記畳芯体の厚紙のある側に畳表が当てられ、該
畳表が畳芯体に縫合されていることを特徴とする
床暖房用畳。 ２ 畳芯体への畳表の縫合が厚紙、軟質繊維板お
よび合成樹脂シートの各層を貫通する縫い糸によ
り行なわれていることを特徴とする請求項１記載
の床暖房用畳。 ３ 合成樹脂シートと複数層の軟質繊維板とを重
合し、それらを互いに縫合して中間芯体とし、中
間芯体に間隔をおいて多数の貫通孔を穿ち、中間
芯体の軟質繊維板の側に多数の凹凸のある厚紙を
当て、それらを互いに縫合したことを特徴とする
床暖房用畳の畳芯体。 ４ 中間芯体を形成する時の第１の縫合線と、畳
芯体を形成する際の第２の縫合線とが互いに重な
らず、かつ中間芯体に形成される多数の貫通孔に
第１および第２の縫合線が当らないように、第１
の縫合線、第２の縫合線および貫通孔を配列した
ことを特徴とする請求項３記載の床暖房用畳の畳
芯体。 ５ 中間芯体に穿たれた貫通孔のうちの多くのも
のが互いに連通孔を介して連通されていることを
特徴とする請求項３または４記載の床暖房用畳の
畳芯体。
