増幅器の構成を示す図、第２図は、従来の電力合
成増幅器の構成を示す図である。 ２は入力ハイブリツド、３ａ，３ｂは単位増幅
器、４は出力ハイブリツド、７は検波器、８はル
ープフイルタ、９は可変減衰器である。なお、図
中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 第１のハイブリツドと、第１のハイブリツドの
２つの出力端に接続される２つの増幅器と、２つ
の増幅器の出力を合成する第２のハイブリツドと
、第２のハイブリツドの合成出力端と異なる端子
に接続された検波器と、検波器出力を増幅するた
めのループフイルタと、ループフイルタの出力に
より、上記第１のハイブリツドへの入力信号レベ
ルを制御する可変減衰器とで構成したことを特徴
とする電力合成増幅器。
