第１図は、この考案の一実施例による電力合成
ＦＥＴ増幅器の構成を示す図、第２図は、従来の
電力合成ＦＥＴ増幅器の構成を示す図である。 ２は入力ハイブリツド、３ａ，３ｂはＦＥＴ増
幅器、４は出力ハイブリツド、７は検波器、８は
ループフイルタ、９はゲート電圧制御器である。
なお、図中同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。
ＦＥＴ増幅器の構成を示す図、第２図は、従来の
電力合成ＦＥＴ増幅器の構成を示す図である。 ２は入力ハイブリツド、３ａ，３ｂはＦＥＴ増
幅器、４は出力ハイブリツド、７は検波器、８は
ループフイルタ、９はゲート電圧制御器である。

Claims (1)
- 第１のハイブリツドと、第１のハイブリツドの
２つの出力端それぞれに接続される２つのＦＥＴ
増幅器と、上記２つのＦＥＴ増幅器の出力を合成
する第２のハイブリツドと、第２のハイブリツド
の合成出力端と異る端子に接続された検波器と、
この検波器の出力を増幅するためのループフイル
タと、ループフイルタの出力により、上記の２つ
のＦＥＴ増幅器のゲード電圧を制御する電圧制御
器とで構成したことを特徴とする電力合成ＦＥＴ
増幅器。
