れぞれ従来のリミツターを示す構成図、小信号入
力時の等価回路図、大信号入力時の等価回路図で
ある。 図において、１，２は入出力端子、３は９０゜
位相差ハイブリツド、４，５は４分の１波長線路
、６，７はダイオード、８，９は接地点、１０は
ＤＣリターン、１１，１２はダイオードの逆方向
容量、１３，１４はダイオードの順方向抵抗であ
る。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分
を示す。
