- ９０度位相差ハイブリツドと、前記９０度位相
ハイブリツドの二つの出力端子のうちの一つの端
子とグランド間に直列に接続された第１の抵抗、
第１の１／４波長線路及び第１のＰＩＮダイオー
ドと、上記９０度位相差ハイブリツドの他方の出
力端子とグランド間に直列に接続された第２の抵
抗、第２の１／４波長線路及び第２のＰＩＮダイ
オードとを備えたことを特徴とする振幅補償反射
形移相器。
