ートを貼り合わせておき、このケースバンドの造成に引
続くグリーンケース及びグリーンタイヤの形成並びにそ
の形付は加硫工程を通じて上記つき合わせ接合継目も含
めたストリップのコード配列を均整に維持することによ
って、製品タイヤの品質とくにカーカスプライの耐セパ

まわりに巻付け積層する際、少なくともカーカスの最内
側及び/又は最外側を占めるコードストリップの巻付け
始端と、巻付け終端とのつき合わせ接合継目上に、該コ
ードストリップの被覆ゴムと同種のゴムより成る目貼り
シートの貼付けを経てのちにステッチングを行うことに
り、このケースバンドの造成に引続く、グリーンケース
及びグリーンタイヤの成形並びにその形付け加硫工程を
通して、つき合わせ接合継目も含めたストリップのコー
ド配列を均整に維持すること を特徴とするとする、空気入りタイヤのカーカス用バン
