Since the image-receiving material after cutting was only transported and sent to the overlapping section at the same time as the photosensitive material was transported, if the storage length of one of the materials in the magazine (remaining If the other material has already been pulled out of the magazine or cut when the length of the material (amount) is less than the predetermined length, the other material has to be discarded unused. especially,
If, after exposing an image on a photosensitive material, the length of the image-receiving material stored in the magazine (remaining amount) is less than a predetermined length, the exposure process itself becomes wasteful.

This is an image recording device that transports the image-receiving material in correspondence with the transport of the photosensitive material, overlaps both materials, and transfers an image to the image-receiving material. A photosensitive material remaining amount detection means for detecting the remaining amount of image receiving material, an image receiving material remaining amount detection means for detecting the remaining amount of image receiving material stored in the magazine, and a jam detection means for detecting a jam during the conveyance of the photosensitive material and image receiving material. means for moving the other material into position when it is detected that the length of the at least one material stored in the magazine is less than a predetermined length and/or when a jam is detected during delivery; The apparatus is characterized by comprising a control means for making the apparatus standby.

If at least one of the detected remaining amounts is less than the predetermined length, the control means causes the other material to wait at a predetermined position. Therefore, after the remaining amount is secured again, the material in the standby state can be used as it is and will not be wasted.

It engages only the leading end of the photosensitive material 16 stacked one above the other by a predetermined length, and peels this leading end from the outer periphery of the heating drum 40. Further, the peeled photosensitive material 16 is wrapped around a bending guide roller 52 and bent and guided downward, and then moved to a moving roller 80.
The photosensitive material (16) moves between it and the bending guide roller 52.
The image receiving material 48 is separated from the image receiving material 48 and conveyed. These peeling claws 58 and moving rollers 80 are also connected to the control device 112.

とを特徴とする画像記録装置。(1) The photosensitive material and the image-receiving material housed in different magazines are individually pulled out and cut to a predetermined length, and then the image is exposed to the photosensitive material and transported, and the image-receiving material is transported to the photosensitive material. This is an image recording device that transfers an image to an image receiving material by overlapping both materials, and includes a photosensitive material remaining amount detection means for detecting the remaining amount of the photosensitive material stored in the magazine, and an image-receiving material remaining amount detecting means for detecting the remaining amount of the accommodated image-receiving material; a jam detecting means for detecting a jam during conveyance of the photosensitive material and the image-receiving material; 1. An image recording apparatus comprising: control means for causing the other material to stand by at a predetermined position when it is detected that the material is less than the desired size and/or when a clogging is detected during conveyance.
