Claims (1)
- クロスヘツド本体と、クロスヘツド内部の真空
引きをシールするためにクロスヘツド本体のケー
ブル送入口部に配設されたシール手段とを有し、
該シール手段は、クロスヘツド本体に着脱自在に
取付けられたシールホルダと、クロスヘツド内部
に送入されるケーブルの外周面に弾性的に当接す
る中心孔を有し、そして半径方向へと移動自在に
前記シールホルダに取付けられた、少なくとも１
つの薄いデイスク状の弾性シール部材とを有する
ことを特徴とするクロスヘツド。
