Claims (1)
- 機体のハウジング側に設けられた固定摺接環に
、回転軸側に設けられた回転摺接環を摺接させる
とともに、この回転摺接環を前記回転軸の段付き
面にガスケツトを介してスリーブにより挾持し固
定してなるメカニカルシールにおいて、前記回転
摺接環のガスケツトが対接する対接面に、前記ガ
スケツトの外径と印籠状に密接する凹面部を形成
し、かつ前記ガスケツトの内径を前記回転軸の段
付き面の内径に形成されたＲ部よりも大径にした
ことを特徴とするメカニカルシール。
