- 結像させたいスリツト状の像の長さ以上の直径
を持つ平行光束が得られる光学系と、曲率半径の
軸の方向を揃えて平行配置した凸シリンドリカル
レンズ及び焦点距離の絶対値が前記凸シリンドリ
カルレンズ以下の凹シリンドリカルレンズから成
る平行組合せレンズと凸シリンドリカルレンズ及
び凹シリンドリカルレンズの間隔を調整する機構
で構成されたことを特徴とするスリツト状像の結
像位置可変装置。
