Industrial Application Field The present invention uses sawdust, straw dust, charcoal powder, etc., which are sprayed onto the surface of a semi-finished ceramic product using a flame burner during firing in a kiln to give a kiln-like effect on the surface of the semi-finished ceramic product.
This invention relates to a spraying material containing one or more selected from metal oxide powders and inorganic salt powders. Conventional Technology In a firing kiln, when charcoal or flames are active in a particular situation in front of the fire, or when semi-finished ceramic products are stacked and fired, the flames or ash may not touch those areas, or the ceramics may be damaged during firing. It is known that when a semi-finished ceramic product comes in contact with cold air or steam for a long period of time, the surrounding area is affected by different temperatures and gases than other parts, causing the surface of the semi-finished ceramic product to change into a kiln shape by chance, resulting in a firing process that is difficult to reproduce. . Problems that the invention aims to solve Ceramics have been fired in kilns by potters for many generations, from parents to children, and from children to grandchildren, but once a wonderful kiln change occurred. Even if this were the case, even if half-finished ceramics were stacked in the same place in the kiln and fired in the same way, the same results would never be obtained in the kiln, and this process would simply be repeated. Furthermore, the smoke emitted from firing kilns pollutes the environment (air) where local residents live. Means for Solving the Problems The present invention has been made with the aim of solving the above-mentioned problems of the prior art. To provide a spraying material that transforms a ceramic semi-finished product by spraying a specific spraying material onto the surface of a semi-finished ceramic product at the final stage. That is, the present invention, as specified in the above claims, uses one of sawdust, straw dust, charcoal powder, metal oxide powder, or inorganic salt powder.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a spraying material in which one species or two or more species are selected and blended. Effect: Spraying one or more selected from sawdust, straw dust, charcoal powder, metal oxide powder, or inorganic salt powder mixed into the flame formed by a flame burner at the end of firing of ceramic semi-finished products. The addition of materials gives the surface of semi-finished ceramics an exquisite kiln effect. Furthermore, the color, gloss, or pattern of the ceramic surface can be changed by changing the blend of powder added to the flame of the flame burner. Example: The ceiling of the firing chamber combustion chamber is constructed with FD burners.
The burner consists of a number of mixed gas supply holes.
A required number of flame burners for spraying sawdust or the like onto the surface of the ceramic semi-finished product is provided on the side wall of the firing kiln, depending on the shape or quantity of the ceramic semi-finished product.
First, LPG is released from the pilot burner, and after ignition, air is sent to adjust the firepower and the atmospheric temperature inside the kiln is adjusted.
The temperature inside the kiln is raised until it reaches 200 to 250℃, and then the FD burner is ignited for full-fledged firing.
When the temperature reaches 1100℃, send LPG to the flame burner to ignite it, send oxygen to adjust the firepower, and then add sawdust to the flame burner.
When it was supplied at a speed of 10/hr, pressure-fed with LPG (5Nm 3 /hr), burned in a flame, and sprayed onto the surface of the ceramic semi-finished product at an oxygen ratio of 0.8 (20Nm 3 /hr) until the completion of firing, no It was possible to create a sesame pattern on the surface of the pottery, similar to that produced by burning pine wood in a kiln. Table 1 shows the results obtained by mixing the other components mentioned above into the spray material and carrying out the same procedure as in the above example.

(3) 煤煙の発生がなく公害問題を解消できた。[Table] Effects of the invention (1) Compared to the conventional climbing kiln, the firing kiln can be significantly downsized and the number of semi-finished ceramic products can be fired in an extremely small quantity, resulting in significant energy savings. (2) By using a flame burner at the final stage of firing,
Various changes in the kiln can be easily applied as desired, and reproducibility can be achieved by controlling the amount of gas supplied, the amount of sawdust, etc. supplied, the temperature inside the furnace, and the furnace pressure. (3) There was no soot and smoke, and the pollution problem was solved.
