Claims (1)
- ほぼ円筒状で、内部に漬物類の原料が入れられ
る密封可能な耐圧性缶体容器と、複数個の回転ロ
ーラを備えた別体の回転駆動手段とからなり、前
記缶体容器が開閉蓋手段と、内壁に設けられた撹
拌手段と、ジヨイントバルブ等を介して缶体容器
内部と連通可能な減圧・調味・ガス置換手段と、
缶体容器内部の温度を調整可能な加熱・冷却手段
を備え、前記缶体容器が前記回転駆動手段の回転
ローラ上に載置されて回動されることを特徴とす
る漬物類製造装置。
