Claims (1)
- キヤビテイと金型外部とを連通する空気通路の
途中に筒状周壁を有する弁室を形成する一方、上
記弁室の１次側の空気通路と２次側の空気通路と
を連通する切欠を形成した円板状弁体を上記弁室
に回動自在に配設し、常時はキヤビテイから送給
される空気が上記切欠を経て弁室の２次側の空気
通路に放出される一方、射出注入時にキヤビテイ
を溢流した溶融金属が円板状弁体に衝突したとき
の貫性力によつて円板状弁体を回動せしめ、弁室
の２次側の空気通路を閉止するように構成したこ
とを特徴とする金型用空気抜き弁。
