空間に充填したオイルを介して圧力検出素子に伝
達して圧力を検出するようにした圧力センサーに
おいて、前記本体の、前記ダイアフラムと対向す
る面を前記ダイアフラムの形状に合致させるとと
もに、近接してオイルを充填する空間を減少した
