Claims (1)
部材としてのダイヤフラムとの間に、感圧素子を
収容し、該感圧素子の一端を前記ダイヤフラムの
受圧部で他端を前記ケースでそれぞれ支持し、前
記ダイヤフラムが前記感圧素子に予圧を与えて前
記ケースに溶接固定されている圧力検出器におい
て、前記ダイヤフラムをダイヤフラム本体と該ダ
イヤフラム本体に摺動自在に装着された受圧部と
により構成し、該摺動自在の受圧部に前記感圧素
