Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、硬い材料、たとえばコンクリートや鋼材を、
研摩剤を含んだ噴流手段によって加工する装置に関する
ものである。研摩剤によってとは、粒状材料、好ましく
は砂を意味している。
〔従来技術とその問題点〕
上述のような種類のすてに公知の装置のうち、ある装置
は、乾燥砂を用いていた（英国軒許第コ、）Ａコ、７７
Ｓ号参照）、乾燥砂による重要な欠点は、湿っていても
よいし、また少い汚染物を含んでいるような研摩剤よシ
もその価格が数倍高いというむとである。ざらに材料を
乾燥したままに保持するととは、ある利用においては困
難である。
〔発明の目的〕
後記の特許請求の範囲に定められている本発明は、硬い
材料を加工するのに、湿った篩分されていな４砂を使用
することを可能にする装置を完成することを目標として
いる。
〔発明の構成〕
本発明の装置は、液体を高圧導管を介して噴流を住じさ
せるノズルに供給する高圧ポンプ、研摩剤用収容器及び
液体への研摩剤供船手段を含む硬い材料を加工するため
の装置であって、収容器−１Ｉべその水面下で研摩剤を
篩分する篩と、篩分された研摩剤を低圧導管を介して圧
力容器に供給する低圧ポンプを有し、研摩剤を前記高圧
導管に供給するための圧力容器加圧手段が備えられてい
ることを％微とするものである。
〔実施例〕
図面に示されている装置は、１個の収納器ダ、−個の圧
力容器１０及び高圧液体ポンプＩが配置されている台車
−７を含んでいる。収納器ダは、・１！Ｉ６を備え、運
転中は液面りを有する水で満たされている。収納器ダは
、図示しない駆動手段によって振動させられ、それによ
ルスクリエーーフイーダ２３の手段によって供給された
研摩剤、図示例では砂、は液面りの下方で篩分すること
ができる。吸引導管１３を備えた低圧ポンプＳは、収納
器ダから研摩剤を吸引し、それを導管９及び弁コロのい
ずれかを介して圧力容器１０のいずれかに供給する。研
摩剤をポンプ輸送可能にするために、水が導管−一から
、弁λダを含んでもよい導管ノコを介して吸引導管ノＪ
に供給される。導管ノコは、失したスラリーの研摩剤−
水混合比率が決定される手段による制限を含んている。
高圧液体ポンプｌは、液体、通常は水、を導管ココから
吸引し、高圧下の液体を、導管コを介して噴流を住する
ためにノズル３に送給する。高圧液体は、研摩剤供給用
圧力容器ノ０の一方の圧力を高めるために、導管ｉｉ及
び弁−５のいずれかを介しても高圧導管−に導入される
。研摩剤が一方の圧力容器に供給されたとき、過剰の水
は、図示しない導管を介して収納器ダに戻される。運転
中に圧力容器ＩＯは、交互に使用され、それによ〕、七
の一方が加圧されて研摩剤を高圧導管−に送給し、一方
、他方の圧力容器は収納器亭からの研摩剤を受は入れる
。この作動は弁コＳ、コロ及びａりによって制御される
。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、液体を高圧導管（２）を介して噴流を生じさせるノ
    ズル（３）に供給する高圧液体ポンプ（４）、研磨剤用
    収納器（４）及び液体への研摩剤供給手段を含む硬い材
    料を加工するための装置において、収容器（４）が、そ
    の水面（７）下で研磨剤を篩分する篩（６）と、篩分さ
    れた研摩剤を低圧導管（９）を介して圧力容器（１０）
    に供給する低圧ポンプ（８）を有し、研摩剤を前記高圧
    導管（２）に供給するための圧力容器加圧手段が備えら
    れていることを特徴とする装置。 ２、液体と研摩剤のスラリー生成用前記低圧ポンプ（８
    ）の吸引導管（１３）が、それに液体を供給する手段（
    １２）を備えていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の装
    置。
