Claims (1)
- 主弁ノズル部を介して流体入口側と出口側とを
連通した流通室と、流体上流側にあつて、前記主
弁ノズル部に対向する主弁と、この主弁の中央部
に開口された副ノズル部に対向する副弁と、前記
主弁の背部に固定され、かつ前記副弁に一端が係
合された弁軸を摺動可能に挿通保持するフレーム
と、この弁軸の他端側に結合された弁駆動手段と
を具備した遮断弁であつて、前記弁駆動手段を前
記弁軸に固定されたプランジヤと、このプランジ
ヤが中心部に挿通され軸方向に２分割された１対
のコイルと、これらのコイルの間に設けられた磁
石と、これらのコイルの両外側中心部に設けられ
前記プランジヤの移動範囲を規制する１対のアン
ビルとにより構成したことを特徴とする遮断弁。
