Claims (1)
- 炉内を加熱する発熱体と、炉内にガスを導入す
るガス導入部とを有する光フアイバ製造用の加熱
炉であつて、上記ガス導入部に、気圧の変化に応
じて膨張および収縮を起こす圧力変動吸収部を設
けたことを特徴とする加熱炉。
