板、１１：散布ノズル、１２：蒸気温度センサ、
１３：蒸気弁、１４：給水管、１５：給水弁、１
６：逆止弁、１７：排水管、１８：水温センサ、
１９：逆止弁、２０：排水弁、２１：真空ブレー
カ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 密閉容器と、蒸気滅菌器から排出された水
    蒸気をこの密閉容器に送り込む蒸気排出管と、こ
    の蒸気排出管の開口部に対向して設けられ、蒸気
    排出管から噴出する水蒸気を上記開口部の周囲に
    拡散させる拡散板と、密閉容器の上端部に設けら
    れ、この密閉容器内に冷却水を散布する散布ノズ
    ルと、この散布ノズルに冷却水を供給する給水管
    と、密閉容器の底部に溜つた水を排出する為の排
    出管とから成る、蒸気滅菌器用水蒸気排出装置。 (2) 蒸気排出管の途中に、この蒸気排出管を通
    じて密閉容器に送り込まれる水蒸気の温度を検出
    する蒸気温度センサと流路を開閉する蒸気弁とを
    、給水管の途中に流路を開閉する給水弁を、それ
    ぞれ設け、これら蒸気弁と給水弁とを、蒸気温度
    センサが検出する蒸気温度が限界温度以上の場合
    に開放する、請求項１に記載の蒸気滅菌器用水蒸
    気排出装置。 (3) 排水管の途中に、この排水管を通じて排出
    される水の温度を検出する水温センサと流路を開
    閉する排水弁とを設け、水温センサが検出する水
    の温度が、蒸気温度センサが検出する限界温度よ
    りも高い第二の限界温度以下の場合に排水弁を開
    き、水の温度が第二の限界温度以上の場合に、排
    水弁と蒸気弁とを閉じる、請求項２に記載の蒸気
    滅菌器用水蒸気排出装置。
