ないし衝撃による上型と下型の上下左右方向にお
ける相対的位置ずれに起因してか、圧接係止力が
十分に作用せずに該上型が型開きされなかつた
り、係合手が係止具に衝突して破壊されたりする

ン32に案内されて所定の順序で所定位置に到達
したとき、それぞれのガイドピン28,32の先

つ、交差時に鉤部が擦り合うこともないので成形
機及び金型の負担が軽減されるとともに係合手の
損耗量が少なく、このことも手伝つて耐久性にす
ぐれる該上型の型開き装置とすることができる。
その結果、破損等による交換頻度が軽減されるの
でその分生産効率が向上する。ちなみに、前記実
施例のものは、約15万回(延べ日数90日、1日当
り24時間の稼動)のサイクルを繰り返したのちに
