Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 第１の導電型を成す第１、第２のトランジスタ
    を有し、第１のトランジスタのベースに入力電圧
    を印加し、第２のトランジスタのベースに基準電
    圧を印加し、両エミツタを共通に第１の定電流源
    に接続し、第１、第２のトランジスタの少なくと
    も一方のコレクタから出力信号を得るようにした
    差動増幅器と、 第２の導電型を成し、エミツタに前記差動増幅
    器からの出力信号を供給し、ベースにバイアス電
    圧を印加し、コレクタを第２の定電流源に接続し
    た第３のトランジスタを含む回路手段と、 前記第３のトランジスタのコレクタをエミツタ
    フオロワ回路を介して出力端子に接続し、この出
    力端子に得られる出力を分圧して前記第２のトラ
    ンジスタのベースに負帰還する帰還手段とを具備
    したことを特徴とする負帰還増幅回路。
