Claims (1)
- 水槽内で円筒形の治具に取り付けられている円
周溶接部を有する円筒形状の被検体の前記溶接部
に、被検体の内周部空間に配置した探触子を相対
させ、前記被検体を前記治具とともに回転させな
がら内周側より前記溶接部を水浸探傷する超音波
検査装置において、前記治具に固着され該治具と
一体に回動させられる排水パイプと、前記探触子
および水噴射用のノズルを設けたプローブホルダ
を１端部に取り付けて前記排水パイプ内に配設さ
れる導水パイプと、該導水パイプに水を供給する
給水パイプと、前記導水パイプの他端部と一体に
接続され該他端部と前記給水パイプとの接続部を
内設したシールプレートと、該シールプレートを
前記導水パイプおよびプローブホルダとともに前
記被検体の溶接部を走査可能に移動させる移動装
置と、を備えたことを特徴とする超音波検査装置
。
