Claims (1)
- 線状の陰極と、前記陰極を加熱するための加熱
電源と、前記陰極から電子を取りだすための電極
孔を備えた制御電極と、陽極とを備え、また前記
陽極に設けられてある陽極孔内に磁場を発生させ
るための磁場発生装置を設け、前記磁場発生装置
によつて陽極孔内に発生する磁束を、前記陰極の
加熱電流によつて発生する前記制御電極の電極孔
内の磁束とは強さを同じとし、かつ方向を逆とし
てなる電子ビーム発生装置。
