Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザのアノード（又はカソード）に電
流を供給するための複数のバイアス電流供給電源
と、前記半導体レーザのアノード（又はカソード
）にはスイツチ回路を介して電流を供給すること
が出来る他の複数のバイアス電流供給電源とを有
することを特徴とする半導体レーザ駆動回路。
