Claims (1)
- ベースと、基板の周縁部をベースに向けて押さ
え付ける押えリングと、前記ベースの押えリング
内領域の表面に取り付けられた多数の金属製の伝
熱子であつて、それぞれがＬ字状の基部と先端部
にコ字状の折り返し部とを有する板ばね構造をし
ており、かつ基板を押えリングで押さえ付けたと
きに折り返し部の上面が基板の下面に当接するよ
うにされたものとを備えることを特徴とする基板
保持装置。
