  1. 各居室、集合玄関及び管理室にそれぞれ設けら
    れた各居室子機、集合玄関子機及び管理室親機を
    備えた集合住宅用インターホン装置において、前
    記管理室親機は不在設定用スイツチと、前記不在
    設定用スイツチ作動時に前記居室子機及び前記集
    合玄関子機からの着信に対して応答する応答メツ
    セージ用マイクと、前記着信の音声信号を録音す
    る録音手段と、前記音声信号を再生する再生スイ
    ツチとを設けたことを特徴とする集合住宅用イン
    ターホン装置。
