Claims (1)
- 管理人室機、集合玄関機、制御機および複数の
電話機端末と主装置からなる居室用ホームテレホ
ンを備えた集合住宅用通話装置において、電話回
線及び制御機への内線電話回線が接続された主装
置と、前記主装置に接続された電話回線から外線
着呼が発生したとき電話回線を外線留守番モード
で動作させる留守番録音回路と、前記留守番録音
回路に前記管理人室機から前記制御機を経由した
内線着呼が発生したとき前記外線留守番モードを
内線留守番モードに切換える外線、内線留守番モ
ード切換継電器とを備えたことを特徴とする留守
番電話機能付集合住宅用通話装置。
