グにソケツトコンタクトを収容して係止部材を操
作した組立て完成後の状態を説明する断面図、第
５図はコンタクトの収容室が上下２段に配してあ
るコネクタハウジングを示す斜視図である。図に
おける主な参照数字を列挙すると次の通りである
。 １０……コネクタハウジング、１２……ソケツ
トコンタクト、１４……側壁、１６……頂壁（高
い側）、１７……頂壁（低い側）、１８……底壁
、２０……コンタクト収容室、２１……内方突出
部、２２……開口、２４……帯状部材、２６……
係止部材、２８……後方突出部、３０……操作用
隆起部、３２……前方突出部。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 絶縁体製のブロツクから成りコンタクトを装着
    するコンタクト収容室を頂壁と、側壁と底壁で仕
    切つて成るコネクタハウジングにおいて、 前記頂壁を僅かに段差のある高い側の頂壁と低
    い側の頂壁とに構成したことと、 前記高い側の頂壁の一部から低い側の頂壁の一
    部に至り、しかも前記両側壁間の幅よりも実質的
    に狭い幅とした開口と、 前記高い側の頂壁の開口の端部から伸長し前記
    高い側の開口部分よりも幾分か長く形成した帯状
    部材と、 前記帯状部材に片持ち支持し操作用の隆起部を
    有し、前記帯状部側の端部に前記高い側の頂面の
    裏面と掛り合う後方突出部を有し、それと反対側
    の端部に前記低い側の頂壁の裏面と掛り合う前方
    突出部を設けて成り、 前記収容室内にコンタクトを挿入したのち前記
    係止部材によつて前記低い側の頂壁の開口を閉塞
    することにより前記帯状部か前記高い側の頂壁の
    開口を閉塞して外部に露出することのないように
    したコネクタハウジング。
