熱させながら移動させ移動の最終工程でそれまで
よりも十分高い温度に加熱するリフロー炉におい
て、 比較的低い温度の区域内の加熱対象物を移動さ
せる第１の移送手段と、 十分高い温度の区域内の加熱対象物を移送させ
る第２の移送手段とから構成され、 第２の移送手段は第１の移送手段よりも速度が
早いことを特徴とするリフロー炉。
