Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ｘ−Ｙテーブル５に固着したステージ８の上面
    に印刷配線板１０を重ね、該印刷配線板１０の基
    準孔１１と該ステージ８の位置決め孔とを合致さ
    せ、該Ｘ−Ｙテーブル５の所定の位置に該印刷配
    線板１０をセツトするに際し、 該ステージ８に固着したベース板３７に、上下
    方向に摺動自在に装着する垂直板部材３１、及び
    該印刷配線板１０の上方にオバーハングする如く
    該垂直板部材３１の頭部に形成した水平板部材３
    ２、よりなる逆Ｌ形のスライド板３０と、 該水平板部材３２の下面に垂直に突出し、円錐
    状先端が該位置決め孔の直上に対向する如く、該
    スライド板３０に装着した位置決めピン２０と、 ロツド３６が水平方向に往復運動する如く、該
    ベース板３７に固着した流体シリンダ３５と、 該垂直板部材３１の表面に形成され、溝筋が所
    望に傾斜した溝３３と、 該溝３３に係合した状態で該溝３３内を摺動自
    在のように、該ロツド３６の先端部に固着したブ
    ロツク３４とを備え、 該流体シリンダ３５が作動することで、該スラ
    イド板３０が下降し、該位置決めピン２０が該基
    準孔１１を貫通し、該位置決め孔に嵌入するよう
    構成されたことを特徴とする印刷配線板の位置決
    め機構。
