DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a building bonding structure in which a floor panel and a wall panel are fixed to a foundation via a bonding metal fitting. A plate having a joint structure in which a wall panel is erected on top of a wall panel, in which the web surface on the opposite side of the groove of the joint metal made of C-shaped steel is in contact with the outer frame surface of the floor panel, and the plate projects on the side opposite to the opening of the groove. The back side of the plate is placed on the top surface of the panel face material, the plate is nailed to the panel frame, and a wall panel is erected on the top surface of the plate.

Traditionally, different types of main structural members were not used to make up a building;
For example, in a wood-based panel structure, the wood-based panel body is the main structural member, and in a wall-type PC structure, etc., the PC board is the main structural material.

In other words, the reason that buildings are not constructed by combining wood panels and PC boards is that there was no suitable means of joining these dissimilar materials together, and that the joints were not sufficiently rigid. This is due to reasons such as not being able to secure the required amount.

Moreover, in buildings made of a mixture of these different types of structural materials, it is not easy to transmit vertical loads and horizontal loads to the ground in a well-balanced manner, which is not desirable from the viewpoint of the overall structure of the building.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and in particular, uses panel materials made of lightweight aerated concrete as the outer peripheral wall of a building structure, while wooden panels are laid indoors and used as floor panels of the structure. We provide a joint structure that fixes both of these on the foundation, and this joint structure allows vertical and horizontal loads to be transmitted in a well-balanced manner, and is an extremely useful building joint structure from the viewpoint of ease of construction of the joint work. It provides:

Moreover, the long nut 13 is connected to the C-shaped steel 4 of the joint metal 4.
Since it is housed in the groove 42 of the anchor bolt 11, it can be easily rotated from the outdoor direction, and if necessary, the threaded connection between the anchor bolt 11 and the joint bolt 12 can be released by rotating it in the opposite direction. At the very least, it becomes easy to release this bond.

Bring the web surface opposite the groove of the joining hardware into contact with the outer frame surface of the floor panel, place the back side of the plate fixed to the upper flange on the top surface of the floor panel face material, and nail the plate and the floor panel frame material together. Since it is fixed, the metal fittings on the foundation and the floor panel are integrated, and the vertical load from the wall panel erected on the top of this plate is applied to the plate, the panel frame, and even the metal fittings (C-shaped steel web). This provides sufficient support, making it a suitable structure for joining dissimilar structural materials.
