側枠を矩形環状に枠組みしてなる下枠と、 この下枠の前・後下枠の上面間に亘り、それら前・後下
枠の長手方向に所定間隔を隔てて配設され、上板部とこ
の上板部の幅方向両端に曲成された下窄まり状の脚板部
とこれら脚板部の下端のそれぞれに外側へU字状に折り
返されて立上がる立上り片部を備えた型鋼部材よりなる
複数の大引と、 これら大引の上面に載架させて上記左右の側枠間に亘
り、上記大引の長手方向に所定間隔を隔てて配設された
複数の根太とを有する組立家屋において、 上記複数の根太のうち左右の側枠の一方と前・後下枠の
一方との間に形成されるコーナ区画に対応する箇所に位
置する一部の根太を短尺にして、その短尺根太の端部が
上記コーナ区画に臨む位置に配設されている一つの大引
の上面に固定されているとともに、この短尺根太の端部
を固定する大引の上記コーナ区画側の立上り片部と上記
コーナ区画を形成する左右いずれか一方の側枠とに亘
り、上記根太に対して一段下った段差を形成する土間用
の根太が載架され、この土間用根太の上面には、その端
部が上記大引の上板部に支持される状態で土間用床板が
配設されていることを特徴とする組立家屋の土間。Claims: 1.
