Description
第１図ａは高密度発泡体の斜視図であり、第１
図ｂおよび第１図ｃは、本考案のバンパー芯材の
一例を示す斜視図である。図において、Ａは高密
度発泡体Ａを示し、Ｂは低密度発泡体Ｂを示す。
第２図は、バンパー芯材の一例の平面図である。
図において、Ａ―Ａ′線は、実質受圧面を示す。
第３図は、バンパー芯材の他の例の平面図である
。図において、Ａ１―Ａ１′およびＡ２―Ａ２′
は実質受圧面を示す。第４図は、バンパー芯材に
おける応力―歪み曲線の例を示す。第５図は、バ
ンパー芯材における応力―歪み曲線の好ましい例
を示す。第６図ａ，ｂおよびｃは、衝突時にバン
パー芯材に負荷のかかる態様を示す。第７図は、
本考案の試験に使用したバンパー芯材の形状の一
例を示す断面図である。図において、Ａ１，Ａ２
およびＡ３は高密度発泡体Ａの各部の厚みを示し

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 密度０．０３０〜０．１００ｇ／cm3の高密
度発泡体Ａおよび密度０．０１５〜０．０８ｇ／
cm3の低密度発泡体Ｂからなり、かつ発泡体Ａと
発泡体Ｂの密度差が０．０１ｇ／cm3以上である
、密度の異なる２種類のプロピレン系重合体の発
泡体を組合わせてなる、自動車用バンパーの芯材
であつて、高密度発泡体Ａが少なくとも２カ所に
分散し、バンパー芯材としてセツトされた状態で
、少なくとも１個が中心線より上半分に、１個が
下半分に位置するように設けられ、かつ、これら
の高密度発泡体Ａは相互に連結されている構造の
、自動車用バンパーの芯材。 (2) バンパー芯材先端部における衝撃受圧面積
において、高密度発泡体Ａの衝撃受圧面積の比率
が１０〜５０％である、実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載の自動車用バンパーの芯材。
